No purchase is necessary to be entered into the draw, however you must supply a valid (current and working) e-mail address and be subscribed to our mailing list .
If you unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, you will no longer be entered into the draw.
Winners are selected only from current mailing list subscribers.
Busy Bees reserve the right to cancel a draw in any given month or to withdraw the monthly prize draw completely without prior notice.
Subscribers agree to their names being announced on any winners listings or other marketing materials both printed, electronic or otherwise.
The draw will take place on the last working day of the month and winners will be notified by e-mail within two weeks of the draw.
Busy Bees accept no responsibility for e-mails which go missing, malfunctions in the e-mail system, late or lost prize claims or for subscribers who fail to activate their e-mail address using the automated subscription system. Unconfirmed e-mail addresses WILL NOT be entered into the prize draw.
It is the subscribers responsibility to click the link in the automated confirmation e-mail following subscription to ensure mailing list subscription is completed correctly, it is the responsibility of entrants to contact Busy Bees for technical support if they are unable to activate their subscription.
In the unlikely event that an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Busy Bees reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize chosen by Busy Bees. No cash alternative will be available and all prizes are non-transferable.
The prize draw is open to all persons aged 18 and over excluding the employees (and their family) of Busy Bees and it's related companies including but not limited to Leapfrog Day Nurseries and TLC Childcare.
Prize Draw Specific Terminology :- The prize of a 'Family Ticket' constitutes admittance for 2 Adults and 2 Children Only, any addiditonal fees are payable by the draw winner.
