As we started this week with a rainy Monday, the children took full advantage of this and found a range of ways to experiment outside. We wrapped up warm in our waterproofs, and explored colour matching using large containers of paint, with the colour names, and different sorting animals. We also explored the sticky wet mud, using it to mark make on the outdoor canvases. It has not all been about the rain though, as we have had just as much fun inside with a range of activities, including seasonal autumnal collaging, creating family portraits, and exploring colour and ice, to name but a few of our experiments this week.
