Ants Nativity Play
Every year the children in pre-school take part in the Christmas nativity, over the months leading up to the play the children were given characters and lines that they needed to learn.
During circle times the children sang a variety of songs, which they sang after the Nativity had finished. It was lovely to see so many families turn up to see their children perform and offer their support. At the end of the play there was mince pies, milk and juice for all to help themselves. During the week of the Nativity we sold Christmas raffle tickets, this was drawn at the nativity, where prizes were won.
All the children done fantastic and it was lovely to see all of the children taking part and remembering their lines. For some parents this was the last nativity before they go off to big school, so very emotional!
All families were offered a programme to buy, this had each child's name and part in and the order of what it went in.
We look forward to this again next year!
