The children took part in ball rolling and bubble painting today to make different marks and exploring new ways of mark making using a variety of colours.
The children in pre school used straws to blow down to make splatter marks with the paint, all children were shown a demonstration of how this is done and then they all had a turn. The children followed instructions well and managed to carry out the activity with ease.
We used polystyrene balls to roll in paint and move them around the paper to make thicker marks on the paper. Again we used a variety of different colours with the children and all children managed to do this well.
