The children at Chorley Brooke street had a very egg-citing Easter week here at Chorley Brooke Street taking part in some amazing Easter activities with their peers and the dedicated staff team within Chorley Brooke Street.
The Pre-school children decorated their bonnets with lots of colours, textures and spring animals for their Easter bonnet parade showing off their fantastic craft skills and also their relatives. They were so proud of their achievements and enjoyed showing their peers and staff all the hard work they had put in.
We sang Easter songs such as hop little bunny, little Peter Rabbit and 5 little chicks building on communication and language learning new words and using them with peers. The children also listened intently to stories about the Easter Bunny and egg hunts.
The children of Chorley Brooke Street had their own Easter egg hunt searching for some of their own treats left by the Easter Bunny. The children collected them and then counted the number they found looking at colours, shapes and sizes.
