Child Bereavement UK (CBUK) supports children and families to rebuild their lives after bereavement.
The Elephant is used by CBUK to work with children to help introduce the ideas of memory, life cycles and grieving – as an Elephant never forgets!
On Thursday 5th April staff and children at St Albans Nursery& Montessori Pre-School will be taking part in the Elephant's Tea Party. On the day the children are very welcome to come dressed in their party clothes or following the Elephant theme.
On that day the activities will include elephant mask making, pin the trunk on the elephant, Elmer story time and activities and much more, all proceeds raised from the day will be donated to this years charity Child Bereavement UK.
The day will be topped off with an Elephant's Tea Party at 3.00 pm
The Elephant’s tea party is a fun opportunity to get together to raise money for CBUK and any donations greatly appreciated.
If you would like to take a part of this event please inform office or room staff any support or help will be appreciated too.
