Today the children helped to celebrate our chosen the charity. The children even took part in making their own yummy treats for the tea party too. The toddlers created yummy scones to resemble elephants feet and the babies made yummy cupcakes!

The pre-toddler room also created exciting elephant masks to wear during the tea party. This stimulated their fine motor skills and developed their understanding of early mark making. These are regular activities which we provide at busy bees to support your children with their 7 areas of learning. The curriculum which we use at busy bees is the Early Years Outcomes. These provide support for the staff to promote and stimulate children's development depending on their own individual stage of development.

Take a look at more information on our chosen charity for this year which is "Child Bereavement UK". This charity supports children and their families with bereavement of close relatives or friends. They also provide fully interactive training too.
