Enrolment Week Day Three - Making Sorbet

Making fruit sorbet

Today in Tulips we've made fruit sorbet, using strawberry, blackberry and pineapple. We squashed the blackberries and strawberries with forks and then using a sieve we got the juice into a bowl. Whilst they've been in the freezer they're slowly becoming sorbet so that we can enjoy them for our pudding at teatime !
