Happy New Year 2018! Updates for the Nursery

Happy New Year to you all!

I would like to inform you of some changes within the Nursery, which are very exciting.

Beth is returning from her Maternity leave on the 19th February, and will be working on a Monday morning, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday full day.    She is bringing her bundle of joy Isla back with her, and will be the Senior Room Manager here overlooking all of the rooms within the Nursery. Beth will be taking over the financial administration role within the nursery to cover my maternity leave from April until December.

After 11 years Michelle will be leaving us on Friday 19th January to work for a much smaller setting, Michelle will be working with around 15 children aged 0-5. We wish her every success within her future, and she will be keeping in touch. Elli from 2-3’s will be heading over to Preschool to take over the room manager role from Michelle, Elli has shown such dedication to the Nursery, we feel she would be perfect for the role. We also have Becky Smith returning to the team, we are super excited about her return, and she will become the Preschool Teacher, head of Preschool education, a new role we are introducing to the setting which will enhance the learning even further within the Preschool room. Becky is returning on Tuesday 6th February.

We are also welcoming Kate to the team, she has transferred from Norwich Hospital Busy Bees and will be leading the Toddler room, Kate has a wealth of experience with Busy Bees, and especially with children under the age of 2 years, we are super excited for her to be joining us on the 18th January.

Some other new faces to the team, Kayleigh P, will be a key person within the baby room, and work alongside Gemma and Freya from February. Sophie H will be a key person within the 2-3 year old room and will be working alongside Eleanor and Kayleigh W, as well as Laura D who will also be joining the room as a key person.

Our outcome for the year here at Busy Bees Norwich Airport will be to aim towards our OUTSTANDING within our next Ofsted inspection. We are proud to have such a fantastic team, and we are all very exciting about the future of Busy Bees Norwich Airport. We would like to thank you as parents for your continued support, continual suggestions, and dedication to our nursery. I am planning on a very short Maternity leave from April until December, however will be staying in touch, attending events and will never be to far away. The temporary changes to the management team covering my leave will be communicated to you soon.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me,

Best Wishes,
