Harvest Festival

Harvest Festival

We have been collecting packaged and tinned food for our local food bank as we did last year. We would like to thank all our parents and visitors for their continued generosity.

Children have been talking about the importance of giving to others that are less fortunate and learning that kindness is important and that we should be thankful for what we have.

Children have learnt about Autumn as the seasons change and we have drawn attention to physical differences in the trees, weather and temperature. We collected conkers and the leaves from the nursery drive to explore them in our wonderful mud kitchen.

Please continue to help us collect naturals materials such as fallen leaves and sticks so we can enjoy leaf printing, sorting and counting and potion making!
