Hot weather activities
Although the weather has been extremely hot, the children have been participating in many activities, including water play and science experiments with ice!!
The older children have been learning how to stay cool, ensuring that they drink plenty throughout the day, wear light clothing, wear sunscreen and hats as well as joining in with all the great activities the staff have planned. They have also chosen to do their very own science project with ice!! They filled containers with water added colour and some toys and then put them in the freezer, when frozen, there was discussions on what it felt like, what it looked like, colours etc and then the fun happened.... it started to melt!!
If you would like to take part in any of our activities or want to view the nursery, why not contact Michelle Johnson - Nursery Manager on 02083606610, we'd love to meet you.
