Its that time for year again when we have to say a sad but happy goodbye and good luck to the Class of 2017.
On Friday 21st July preschool staff, school leaver's and their parents all joined together to celebrate the children's time with us here at Busy Bees and their big move to big school. Whether you have been here all the way through to Chameleons since a baby in the Caterpillar room or whether you have joined us at any other time in our other fantastic rooms its always still hard to say goodbye. But we are always hope that everyone has enjoyed their experience with us.
The 'I want to bee' evening started with the class photograph being taken, this year by a new photographer from Horizons Nursery Photography followed by the leavers red balloon launch and the scroll of attendance presented along with book club certificates. This was the time where also the children told their parents what they want to be when they grow up. The children then made a circle with their friends and threw their caps in the air in celebration of being apart of the Class of 2017. After all the fun and a few tears from parents it was time for all to get stuck into the yummy buffet provided by the nursery.
As always a big thank to the Chameleons staff, Laura, Amie, Isabel, & Julie for their help in making the night a great success.
And we look forward to hopefully seeing some of the Class of 2017 back for the reunion we hold in 2018 so we can hear all about how they have enjoyed their time at big school so far.
