In our nursery we love variety and all things new and exciting are always welcome by children and staff alike. This summer we have decided to introduce Yoga to our weekly pre-school PE class, and it’s been an overwhelming success!
Children love getting involved with easy to follow routine, designed especially for under 5’s, and containing postures for strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.
An ancient type of exercise, yoga is proven to boost physical and mental wellbeing and has provided our nursery children with a lovely alternative to the traditional PE activities of running, jumping, ball games and more.
