Every Wednesday the Pre-School children take part in a cookery club which we hold in our new multipurpose room. This week the children made pizzas and cheese and fruit scones.
For the pizzas the children used some of the ingredients they had been growing in their mini garden, Including garlic, chives and spring onions. The children made a garlic butter for the pizza base using their home grown garlic and then they picked what other ingredients they wanted on the top of their pizzas. The children were very excited when they saw the pizza come out of the oven and were very proud of what they had made. The children all tried the pizza and said it was very yummy.
