Remembrance is part of modern British life, culture and heritage and our poppy is the symbol of Remembrance and hope.

It marks the day World War One ended, at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month, back in 1918. A two minute silence will held at 11am to remember the people who fought in the war.

The children will be making poppies and wearing red.

The children attempted to do their 2 minute silence before Lunch

The children made Poppy pictures using Flower sponges and made some lovely displays.

The Children explored and got messy with red and dressed up in red colours.
