This week to celebrate the World Health Day children in our Pre-School Academy have set up their very own hospital and role played doctors and nurses.

Our 3 to 5 year olds enjoyed dressing up, before taking turns to administer medicine and apply bandages to some ‘poorly’ dolls and members of staff. The doctors also made some very important phone calls, took messages and entered information on computer.

Role play is a great way for children to learn about society and how things work. It enhances their imagination and helps them learn to interact with others. And above all, role play is just fun!

Book a visit to our nursery and find out how we can support your child’s learning.
