St Patrick's Day is a celebration of Irish culture. It remembers St Patrick, one of Ireland's patron saints, who ministered Christianity in Ireland during the fifth century. Many people mark the day by wearing the national emblem three leafed shamrock and wearing green
Some of the children dressed up in green to celebrate St Patrick's Day and they also took part in creative activities. The children used shaped sponges to make their own four leaf clovers and the older children used pens and pencils to draw a clover.
