On Saturday 2nd September we held our summer open day with a circus raising money for Meningitis Now. We had various activities for the children to join in with and were lucky enough to have a lovely sunny day. In the garden there were circus props for both children and the adults to use such as juggling, a unicycle, stilts and much more!
The toddler team did a great job of making dogs and hats out of modelling balloons for all the children who attended. The biggest success was of course being able to have your face painted by Christeen (pre-school senior room manager) transforming us into different circus acts or animals. We also had fun on a bouncy castle in the garden along with some games for all the family, giant connect four and ten pin bowling.
We would like to thank all those who attended and who helped us raise money for our charity this year, Meningitis Now.
