The children have been very lucky at nursery and taken part in the very exciting 'The 16'000' project that is taking place as a result of Hull being the City of Culture 2017.

This entails the 16'000 children that there is under 5 in Hull creating their very own piece of art work on a clay brick. The clay brick is then taken away by the City of Culture Team to cook in a kiln and later installed in the City Centre as art work for everyone to view. Each child has had a lovely certificate and photo to look back on in later life and remind them of this fantastic opportunity.

We were very pleased to be a part of this amazing project within the city and look forward to visiting it later in the year.

We are Hull!
