VisitSafe is our reassurance to parents that we have additional health and safety measures in place to protect you, your family, our staff and children.

• All visits are by appointment only
• Only 2 members from the same household are permitted to enter our Centres (3 members in Tiers 1 and 2)
• Temperatures will be taken of all those visiting our Centres, including children (please note, if temperatures are above 38c, we will kindly ask you to leave the Centre and re-arrange your visit)
• Face coverings MUST be worn by visitors at all times whilst in our Centres (please ensure you bring your own mask as they will not be supplied)
• We will request that hands are washed and sanitised before entering
• We will request that social distancing is observed at all times
• And finally, our enhanced cleaning measures will ensure that all door handles, touch points, resources and toilets are thoroughly cleaned after each visit, ensuring our environment is safe

We kindly ask that if any of the statements below apply to you or anyone else that is planning to attend the visit, that you please cancel the appointment and rearrange for another time.

• You/they have any symptoms of Covid-19
• You/they are awaiting a Covid-19 test result
• You/they have been advised to self-isolate or have returned from any country in the last 14 days, that is not on the current UK travel corridor list
• You/they have been in contact with someone who has had a Covid-19 positive result in the 14 days prior to your visit to the centre
