A career in childcare with Busy Bees

If you are looking for jobs in childcare, an exciting challenge, or your current career isn't fulfilling you or going in the direction that you had hoped then why not consider working for the UK's largest childcare provider.

At Busy Bees we have a wide range of opportunities for careers in childcare to both challenge and fulfil your working life.

Often people think of nurseries as only offering job vacancies working with children, however due to the size of our organisation we are often looking for support staff, nursery administrators, accounting staff, managers and a whole host of other career skill sets.

No matter if you have worked in the childcare environment for many years, or are simply looking to start a new chapter in your career path we would encourage you to look at our vacancy listings and contact your local Busy Bees Nursery to see if we have any opportunities for you to come and join the team.

But why choose Busy Bees when looking for a career in childcare?

Put simply, despite its size, the company still has it's roots firmly embedded with a feeling of belonging to a family business, one which was created by three families that wanted to provide the best childcare solutions available.

The company has strong beliefs in both offering equal opportunities to all of its employees, investing in people and recognising its staff as their leading resource.

Busy Bees provide top quality support and training for all of their staff on a continual basis, helping to improve individuals own technical and organisational skills and thus providing the kind of overall service that every parent looks for when seeking out a place of security and to trust to send the most important thing in their lives, their children.

What Our Staff Say

Hayley Clark, Senior Nursery Nurse, Nottingham Clifton -

"I joined the nursery team here at Busy Bees in Clifton, in September 2006. I am a Senior Nursery Nurse, based in the Apple Tree room and hold a level 3 childcare qualification.

I attend regular training coordinator meetings, training courses and benefit from support and guidance from the Nottingham Early Years Team as well as working along side the Nursery Manager.

My duties and responsibilities include identifying staff training needs, accessing internal and external training courses and programme's, booking staff on training and assisting with travel arrangements, completing the relevant paper work and updating the staff files, participating in the new staff induction programme and introducing the Busy Bees Policies and procedures.

Busy Bees realise the importance of staff training and self development. Staff members benefit greatly from good training, which they can then share with the rest of the staff team and implement good strategies and ideas within the nursery setting."
