Busy Bees Blaby is a spacious, warm, and welcoming nursery within walking distance from Blaby Centre and is located close to the Baby Gold Centre. We benefit from our own car park for drop off and collection and have excellent bus routes from surrounding areas making commuting easy.

We have 3 separate base rooms all on one level. Each room having their own large outdoor area complete with Astro turf and soft pour flooring as well as some natural areas and a mud kitchen offering stimulating environments and a broad range of play-based activities for children to learn and grow.

Our Pre-School room has a bespoke Foundation Class environment specially created by childcare advisors encouraging the children to develop and thrive, to reach their full potential. We have an enchanted reading garden where children can let their imagination flow freely.

Our Interactive Smart Board is used daily to bring learning to life and provides children with a hands-on approach with technology.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 3 to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

"The staff have been fantastic with my daughter building her confidence away from home, she’s now unrecognisable to the child she was, much more confident & so much happier, she loves being at preschool, she’s so proud of herself & comes home with stories of the days events, the staff keep you very well informed of what your child has been doing via a parent platform & in person. As a first school experience & away from mum & dad my daughter has excelled personally & is at a high level of expectation for her age, the staff really do care & go out of their way for each child treating them as individuals gearing learning experiences to gently focus on areas that the children need to gain confidence without singling anyone out. Thoroughly recommend, I’ll be sad when my daughter goes to school & leaves the preschool "
