Opening Times:

From 08:00 to 18:00 Mon - Fri

We are a 92-place purpose built nursery, close to motorways, local business parks and many schools with a large car park for parents to drop off and collect safely.

Our spacious base rooms have their own age-appropriate, secure gardens to allow free-flow throughout the day.

The nursery follows the EYFS guidelines providing an exciting, inviting environment in which the children can grow and develop.  

The majority of the staff team are qualified at level 2 or above and we are proud to showcase that we have a long standing staff team. 

All meals are cooked fresh everyday on site, with our NHS Startwell Accredited menu's. We have recently retained our 5*EHO certificate.

Our Sensory Room is a relaxing space providing a unique sensory experience with activities and equipment to explore, engaging and stimulating children’s senses.

Parent Room
Our parent room is a dedicated safe space for us to get to know your family and you to speak in confidence with our nursery team about your child's nursery life.

Smart Board
Our Interactive Smart Board is used daily to bring learning to life and provides children with a hands-on approach with technology.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 3 to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

We offer online booking for extra ad-hoc sessions at this nursery with Pebble.

In order to best prepare the children for the next big chapter of their lives, Busy Bees do all that they can to support and celebrate the transition. All of the planned activities and experiences which take place within our Busy Bees Nursery in Bristol are designed to provide a foundation of skills that will help them grow in becoming confident and capable learners.

"The staff are helpful and engaged, and the nursery has a lovely, warm and inviting culture. The setting is well-equipped, with access to a spacious play area outside. Children have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including yoga, arts and crafts, songs and story time, some very useful pre-school learning such as learning to recognise numbers and letters through interactive play, lots of physical activity outdoors, etc. The food must be brilliant as well, since I can see on the app that my daughter has seconds of almost everything all the time - I wish it was the same way at home! ;) What I appreciate about BBs most is the cultural inclusion aspect, with children from different cultural backgrounds being celebrated and made feel very welcome. I would recommend the nursery to anyone in this area."

"BusyBees have been great accommodating my my sons extra needs (eczema and allergies) regarding food, creams and his own bed sheets for nap time. He really enjoys it, staff are caring and they do lots of fun activities. The manager Tasha is great and the nursery is well run. I would reccomend!"

"Busy Bees in Bradley Stoke has been our nursery for just over 3 years--we've gone through a fair amount of staff turnover and a lot of management changes, but I can confidently say that the current staff is incredible and I wouldn't want my kids anywhere else! The staff care deeply about the children and building strong relationships with them to improve their language, emotional, and physical skills. The current management of the nursery, led by Natasha, is excellent and committed to communicating clearly and in a timely manner which, as working parent, is invaluable. We are so happy with the nursery and continue to attend here despite having moved 30 minutes away! Would highly recommend sending your child(ren) here, its a lovely place for them to grow."
