It is never a dull day at our day nursery in South Croydon with the extracurricular activities we have on offer. Children can get involved in all the excitement every Tuesday by taking part in football sessions and join our highly experienced team in cooking multi-cultural meals every month.  

Rest assured, the fun does not stop indoors, with our large outdoor garden area your little one can take on safe risks whilst supervised and discover their imagination whilst enjoying the fresh air.

We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

We offer online booking for extra ad-hoc sessions at this nursery with Pebble.

Food at Busy Bees at Croydon, Haling Park

We know how tricky it can be to get little ones to eat food which will fuel their growth and development. To make parents’ lives as easy as possible, we’ve got a delicious menu that includes all the good stuff to help support this!   

Even better – the fees you pay include all meals, drinks and snacks which are prepared on-site by our nursery chef each day.

Breakfast 

Fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge.  

Morning Snack 

Fresh fruit with wholemeal toast or baked goods. Served with a cup of milk or water.  

Lunch 

Vegetarian sausage with mashed potato and homemade baked beans. Fruit yoghurt for dessert, served with a cup of water.  

Afternoon Snack 

Fresh fruit or vegetable sticks. Served with a cup of milk or water.  

Early Evening Snack 

Satsuma smiles, followed by a main of a toasted bagel topped with cream cheese, served with summer slaw. Also served with a cup of water.

With excellent transport links, the nearest bus stop is outside our Busy Bees nursery on Heath Close, serving bus routes 405, 455, 645 and 663. 

For those arriving by car, we have an onsite parking facility available to allow safe and seamless drop-offs and collections. With Croydon town centre an 8-minute drive from the nursery, we are in the perfect location for those commuting.
