Our Montessori nursery in Putney is located on Lebanon Road, tucked quietly behind the fire station and the busy main Wandsworth Road. We are barely a ten-minute walk from East Putney tube station and there are numerous bus routes that pass us travelling down Wandsworth High Street and West Hill. 

From our spacious Bambini room to our purpose designed and built Pre-School room downstairs, the nursery has been planned specifically to promote the Montessori method together with the EYFS to give every child who comes to our nursery the very best start in life. Our nursery has four rooms and age groups, giving children at every developmental stage the space and opportunity to develop and challenge themselves appropriately. Children love to be outside, and they have plenty of space for that in our garden, which also has a protected area for our Bambini.  The garden has been refurbished in September 2022, giving it a grassy lift and a more structured physical definition, whilst not taking anything away from the space the children have to explore and play. Our pre-school room also has its own direct private decking space outside for the children to flow freely between indoors and outdoors throughout the day. Being outside is an important part of our daily routines and allows us to further support children's development outdoors and provide space to explore and engage in new learning experiences. Our children also enjoy delicious nutritious meals and snacks everyday which are freshly made by our Chef in her summer of 2022 refurbished kitchen!

The nursery has undergone an interior decorating lift at the end of 2022 and these improvements showcase our beautiful nursery even more brightly.

We work very hard to further develop the Montessori standards and the quality of Montessori curriculum offered here. The nursery is supported by our Montessori lead Lucia Quiroga, promoting a deeper understanding of the Montessori method to our staff team and appropriate collaboration with the EYFS. Our nursery rooms are dressed in Montessori equipment and child sized furniture to enable this standard.
