We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

We offer online booking for extra ad-hoc sessions at this nursery with Pebble.

Here, at our nursery in Guildford, we understand just how important it is for growing little ones to get the nutritional balance they need. So, while your child is at our Guildford nursery, we ensure they can enjoy healthy snacks, meals, and drinks throughout the day. There's no extra cost involved - it's included in your fees.  

Our seasonal nursery menus feature childhood favourites packed with goodness. They are accredited by NHS Startwell. Every day features a different set of dishes, which means there is always an opportunity to try something new and delicious. And everything is freshly prepared, on-site, by our talented nursery chef.  

Does your child have specific dietary requirements? Don't worry, simply speak to your Centre Director – our team can make sure they are accounted for with safe alternatives.

Breakfast  

Fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge. 

Morning Snack  

Fresh fruit with wholemeal toast or baked goods, served with a cup of milk or water. 

Lunch  

Chicken goujons (vegetarian option: vegetable croquettes) served with homemade baked beans, mixed potato wedges and a cup of water. Followed by pears for dessert. 

Afternoon Snack  

Fresh fruit or vegetable sticks served with a cup of milk or water. 

Early Evening Snack 

Cheese twists to start, followed by spring vegetable soup served with a cup of water.

Did you know Busy Bees also offers government-funded childcare? If eligible, you could be entitled to up to 570 or 1140 hours of funded childcare, depending on your eligibility and your child's age, each year for your child. In order to best prepare the children for the next big chapter of their lives, Busy Bees do all that they can to support and celebrate the transition. All of the planned activities and experiences which take place within our Busy Bees Nursery in Guildford are designed to provide a foundation of skills that will help them grow in becoming confident and capable learners.

With the A3 just a 4-minute drive from the nursery, we are in the perfect location for those commuting, with an onsite parking facility available to help make drop-offs and collections as safe and seamless as possible. 

Arriving via public transport? The nursery is located just a 5-minute walk from London Road train station and along with the bus stop nearby on London Road serving routes 6, 18, 25, 462 and 715.
