We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP

Food at Busy Bees Kettering Central

Here, at Busy Bees Kettering Central we understand just how important it is for growing little ones to get the nutritional balance they need. So, while your child is at our Kettering nursery, we ensure they can enjoy healthy snacks, meals, and drinks throughout the day. There's no extra cost involved - it's included in your fees.  

Our seasonal nursery menus feature childhood favourites packed with goodness. They are accredited by NHS Startwell. Every day features a different set of dishes, which means there is always an opportunity to try something new and delicious. And everything is freshly prepared, on-site, by our talented nursery chef.  

Does your child have specific dietary requirements? Don't worry, simply speak to your Centre Director – our team can make sure they are accounted for with safe alternatives.

Breakfast  

Fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge. 

Morning Snack  

Fresh fruit with wholemeal toast or baked goods, served with a cup of milk or water. 

Lunch  

Chicken goujons (vegetarian option: vegetable croquettes) served with homemade baked beans, mixed potato wedges and a cup of water. Followed by pears for dessert. 

Afternoon Snack  

Fresh fruit or vegetable sticks served with a cup of milk or water. 

Early Evening Snack 

Cheese twists to start, followed by spring vegetable soup served with a cup of water.

All of the planned activities and experiences which take place within our Busy Bees Nursery in Kettering are designed to provide a foundation of skills that will help them grow in becoming confident and capable learners.

Located in the heart of Kettering, you will find our nursery just off the A43 on Rockingham Road.  

Our nursery is in the perfect location for commuting parents, as we are in close proximity to the A43 and A14. Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience, we also have a convenient onsite car parking facility for those arriving by car to enable safe and efficient drop-offs and collections. 

Arriving via public transport? Rest assured there is a bus stop just outside the nursery on Charles Street, which serves bus route 16 and Kettering train station, a 25-minute walk from the nursery.
