Pilchard, Tuna, Spinach & Tomato Pasta Bake

Pasta 200 g
Veg oil ½ tbsp
Onions chopped ½
Tomatoes chopped 400 g
Spinach 20 g
Tuna 40 g
Pilchards 80 g
Cream Cheese ½ tbsp
Pasta 170 g

Method

•    Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and soften for 5 mins
•    Add the remaining ingredients except the pilchards & tuna and cream cheese and cook uncovered for 12 mins
•    Flake the pilchards and tuna, remove the bones add to the sauce and heat through
•    Then stir in the cream cheese until melted into the sauce
•    Meanwhile cook the pasta add to the sauce
