Summer Berry Brioche Pudding

Brioche 400 g
Strawberries 400 g
Raspberries 400 g
Raspberry Jelly 1 litre

Method

  • Tear the brioche into chunks and place in to a serving dish or bowls
  • Sprinkle the fruit over the top
  • Pour over the jelly and place in the fridge to set overnight

Alternatives:

  • For gluten free diets; use gluten free bread instead of Brioche
  • For egg and dairy free diets; use normal bread instead of Brioche
