A Personal Journey

Underpinning all of the programmes is self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Each programme will take you on a personal journey that will explore and develop your emotional self-awareness. After all, successful leadership is grounded in self-awareness and emotional intelligence and understanding how your emotions affect your performance is the foundation of great leadership. You have to know yourself before you even begin trying to lead anyone else!

Each programme begins with an in depth self-assessment of yourself – what really motives you, what your strengths and blind spots are, and what’s your natural leadership style. Only once you understand yourself can you put yourself in environments and situations that play to your strengths and influence others in those environments.
