"Nursery manager since April has been virtually non existent since taking over from the manager before them. They were impersonal and avoided any contact where possible. From using the nursery for the past few years the level of service and value for money has degraded swiftly. I have faith the acting manager will be able to recoup what went wrong previously. Really need further quality staff and to build trust in the staff, manager and parents again"
