Why choose Busy Bees at Bamber Bridge: -
Busy Bees at Bamber Bridge is situated in a large two storey building, positioned in its own private grounds which also has a car park for parents.
It was originally converted from a former primary school in 1992, which won a civic trust award for a sympathetic conversion of the building.
Busy Bees at Bamber Bridge achieved a ‘Good’ OFSTED inspection outcome in September 2010 as a result of all the hard work and dedication of our qualified and very experienced staff team working together, supporting and extending children’s development through learning.
At Busy Bees Bamber Bridge we are very proud that over 75% of our staff team are qualified, the majority of which are qualified to a level 3 qualification either NNEB, NVQ or BTEC and two of these are qualified to NVQ level 2. We also have a level 4 Early Years Practitioner who currently works in our pre-school classes.
Busy Bees offer in house training for all staff from NVQ qualifications, health and safety, paediatric first aid, food hygiene plus much more.
We have very good partnerships with local schools and invite teachers into nursery to help aid children’s transition when they are making that big step onto school. We also offer before and after school care for those parents who need extended care for their children when they move onto school.
Our healthy and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our highly qualified and experienced head chef and our menus have been designed by celebrity chef Phil Vickery.
