I started working for Busy Bees as a student in 2003 , after completing my CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education I started working as a full time Nursery Nurse in the Toddler Room. Since then I have gradually worked my way up through the nursery, running the Baby Room before becoming Manager in June 2008.
I had my first child in 2009 and returned from Maternity leave in January 2010 with my daughter Tabitha who now attends nursery.
Since starting my career with Busy Bees I have gained qualifications in Health & Safety, Food Safety Management and First Aid as well as attending training courses on other aspects of childcare to keep my knowledge up to date.
I am currently studying a Leadership Capabilities Program with Coventry University.
I lead a passionate and experienced team who ensure the children in our care enjoy every day, full of different activities to meet their individual interests and needs.
