Why choose Busy Bees at Burton: -

Busy Bees at Burton is a single storey, purpose built nursery with a secure entrance and a large outside area.

The nursery is situated just off the A38, on the Centrum 100 Retail and Business Park, and is close to other local amenities.

New garden has arrived, which is a valuable area for our children to enjoy. Within the garden area is a water pump so the children will have the independence to water the plants. With us having an all weather surface it is accessible to the children in all weathers, wellies are a must!

The children have already sewn seeds, which they will tend and hopefully these will grow so the children can cook and eat their own produce.

Come and have a look round our nursery at any time and see how happy your child could be in our care.

Having worked in the childcare industry for over 30 years I feel that I have a wealth of knowledge, expertise and understanding of the turmoil parents feel when first leaving their child. My staff and I are aware of the importance of giving parents the confidence to return to work knowing their child is in safe hands.

I have managed nurseries for 18 years, 10 of which have been with Leapfrog/Busy Bees. Before managing Burton nursery I previously managed the Heatherton nursery in Derby, for two years. The nursery has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is very welcoming.

The staff at Burton offers a range of experience and qualifications, many of whom are parents themselves. They continuously work together, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children in their care is at the forefront of their minds. Their hard work and kindness often goes above and beyond their roles which is why we pride ourselves on being the best!

Being a mother myself I can empathise with parents and understand the importance of choosing the right day nursery for their children. My son who is now 15 years old, attended nursery from the age of 3 months, I feel that this environment has contributed to his academic and social skills, and has set the foundations for his future school life.

I thoroughly enjoy my role at Busy Bees in Burton - no day is ever the same! It is a real pleasure seeing all of the children grow and develop in to their own individual personalities. I am very proud of my nursery and am dedicated to offering the best possible childcare in the area.
