Busy Bees childrens nursery at Leicester Carlton Park is a purpose built, two storey building set in the grounds of Carlton Park surrounded by large areas of grassland, a golf course and a duck pond. The nursery holds 103 children from the ages of 3 months to 5 years and has 4 base rooms, a Sensory Room and 3 outdoor playareas.
Amy Kelly has been with the company for seven years and has been Manager for six years, she manages the nursery on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Amy is the Child Protection Officer for the nursery and is NNEB qualified.
Justina Harrop manages the nursery on Thursdays and Fridays having been with the company for five years as Deputy Manager. She started in Toddlers and First steps and is now the Base Room Manager of babies. Justina is also the nursery's Special Needs Co-ordinator helping any children who have additional needs.

To ensure we are providing well balanced, nutritious meals to our children, the Busy Bees catering team worked alongside Michelin-starred chef, Phil Vickery, and a child nutritionist to create a brand new range of delicious recipes to use, as part of the nurseries' day to day menus.

Our nursery has a fully equipped kitchen where all meals are prepared and cooked using only the freshest produce - including fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
Each meal is carefully planned to meet each child's individual needs and to cater for any special dietary requirements.
Jane is the Nursery Cook and has been with the Carlton Park nursery for six years. She provides all the healthy meals for the children and has even been involved in designing the Busy Bees menus with Head Office.
Jane has done Food Hygiene and Basic First Aid training. The nursery has a Cook's Board for all parents to view, this includes the weekly menus and recipes for them to try at home.
Linda, our new Kitchen Assistant, has recently joined us and is enjoying meeting all the children and cooking them lots of delicious food.
