Parent Testimonials

"Busy Bees in Chatham is a wonderful nursery.  The staff are brilliant with our son, who has allergies and health issues.  They could not be more accommodating or caring to his needs.  Best of all, he loves his nursery days and always sleeps well after a day at Nursery.  Thank you Busy Bees"  Colleen Dunnett

"I am very pleased with my child's outstanding care whilst at Busy Bees.  All of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and provide great support for me and my family.  My little one oozes confidence and self-esteem and I can't thank them enough"  Mr Collins

"We are both absolutely delighted with all the staff, activities and everything to do with what this nursery has done for our son, Jack.  Thank you to you all for contributing to his childhood in the way that you both have and still do - we're most grateful to you"  Mr and Mrs Taylor

"I recommend Busy Bees, my son has progressed hugely since he started.  All of the staff are very friendly and make a pleasant environment for children to play and learn" Lindsey Box

"All the carers in ladybirds have been really wonderful and caring to my daughter.  I could not feel my daughter was in safer hands.  She always has lots of fun and does great activities.  I could not recommend the nursery higher" Miss N George

"I am very much looking forward to putting my baby in at Busy Bees in Chatham.  I am just 9 weeks pregnant but knew this nursery was the one!   I feel very happy and settled in my mind already"  Miss Morley

"We were so worries at the prospect of putting our daughter in to nursery, however from the first settling in day, we knew things would go smoothly.  The staff are amazing with both the children and parents and we felt totally comfortable leaving her in their care.  She is now moving to the next room and we are totally confident things will remain as good as before.  Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees"  Mrs Considine

"The nursery is great, the staff are friendly, helpful and my daughter has a great bond with them.  She has built up her confidence, learns so many things from nursery that she is pleased to share with us at home.  She enjoys going to nursery and she has lots of friends.  The flexibility of the nursery is really good, opening until 7pm is useful when working late.  This nursery is a great head start for school, previously she went to another nursery and its a shame she didn't come here first.  I particularly like the variety and quality of food offered, she is very well cared for an eats very well."   Charlotte Samuels

"Melissa is very happy at nursery and we are confident she is being well cared for.  We are very please in the variety of activities provided - particularly those like 'sports tots'" Mrs Cogan

"11/10 overall - I cannot praise the staff enough, we will miss you all. Everyone at the nursery over the last 5 years has been fantastic. You have given my boys the best start to their live - thank you" Mrs J Wright

"Superior facilities and staffing compared to any other nursery we have experienced - thank you" Mr Lawrence

"Thanks for the recent newsletter. We would just like to say thank you for the warm welcome we received at parents evening. It so nice to hear all the wonderful things that the staff had to say about Jake. We were very impressed with how well they know him, and how they could tell us things about him that you would only know by spending quality time with him. It is so reassuring as parents to know that Jake is not just being supervised but also being cared for at such a good level. The staff talked to us with enthusiasm about Jake, and with such warmth. We are so pleased that Jake attends a nursery with such caring staff and is provided with such wonderful activities."

Here are some of the comments from our latest Ofsted report: -

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROVISION...

"Helping children to be healthy. The provision is outstanding. Children get plenty of robust physical exercise through the daily opportunities for active outside play. They use the outdoor facilities, including a climbing frame and slide, with gusto and have good control over their bodies. Children are confident in using a wide variety of large and small equipment including bikes and push along toys. Staff have a keen knowledge of each child’s stage of development"

"Helping children achieve well and enjoy what they do. The provision is outstanding. Children respond excitedly to a wide range of creative activities. They actively use the apparatus and their imaginations as they play in the outside area. Children are self-motivated as they discuss their own creative ideas, such as using the dressing up to extend their own play"

"Children make progress in all areas of learning through the organised and balanced range of activities. Easily accessible books and resources help to develop children’s imaginations and communication skills. For example, as children predict what comes next in 'The Gruffalo’s children' story. Investigation through resources including sand, cooking and drawing helps younger children to represent their experiences and ideas, and make connections as they play. All of the children are enthusiastic as they ‘free flow’ and enjoy the outdoor activities. Children are polite and considerate to each other and are learning to share favourite toys and co-operate with each other as they help to tidy the resources away. Overall the provision plans and provides activities and play opportunities to develop children’s emotional, physical, social and intellectual capabilities"
