Hello, my name is Natalie and I am the Centre Director here at Springfield. 

I have over 12 years childcare experience and hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. I joined Busy Bees in 2014 and gradually progressed to becoming Centre Director. I am proud and privileged to manage and lead a team of hardworking and dedicated individuals who truly do put each individual child and their family at the heart of everything they do to ensure all children are given the best start in life. 

When I'm not at Busy Bees I am busy being mummy to 2 young children, both of whom attended Busy Bees and my youngest still attends the nursery.
