Busy Bees in Formby is a converted Victorian house divided into five base rooms where we offer a balance of care and education.
Gemma, the Nursery Manager, is NNEB qualified and has worked at the nursery since 2003.
Gemma returned from maternity leave in January 09 and now works three days a week (Mon - Fri).
Sarah Jones is from our Southport nursery and works as the manager the remaining two days. (Thu - Fri)
Sarah is qualified to B-Tech National Diploma, she has worked for Busy Bees since 1999

At Busy Bees in Formby we make mealtimes happy social occasions, where skills can be developed and new foods tasted.
We are dedicated to providing your children with fresh, well-balanced meals every day; that not only taste great, but that also provide lots of nourishment.
To ensure we are providing well balanced, nutritious meals to our children, the Busy Bees catering team worked alongside Michelin-starred chef, Phil Vickery, and a child nutritionist to create a brand new range of delicious recipes to use, as part of the nurseries' day to day menus.

Our nursery has a fully equipped kitchen where all meals are prepared and cooked using only the freshest produce - including fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
Each meal is carefully planned to meet each child's individual needs and to cater for any special dietary requirements.
Our Nursery Cook, Linda Wignall, has been at the nursery since 1994 and works full time providing tasty meals for all the children here at Busy Bees in Formby.
