I qualified as a Nursery Nurse (NNEB) in 1999 and almost straight away I started working for Busy Bees Nurseries.

After two years I became a senior member of staff which enabled me to experience the management side of working in a day nursery and I loved the fact that I could still interact with the children as well as have more responsibility within the nursery.

In 2005 I was promoted to Deputy Manager at Busy Bees at Hatfield Road, where I have worked ever since. In 2006 I was then promoted to Nursery Manager and I absolutely love my job.

During my time at Busy Bees, I have attended several training courses including First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Behaviour Management, Customer Service, Food Hygiene and Early Years Foundation Stage: all of which I regularly attend refresher courses on.
