Busy Bees at Hoover is managed by both Lindsey Barrett and Denise Arbouine;
Lindsey Barrett, is NNEB qualified and joined the company in 1991:
I started as a Nursery Nurse at Busy Bees in Plymouth in 1991 and then moved to the Hoover Building nursery in London when it opened in January 1993. I have progressed throughout the company in various roles and I have now been a Nursery Manager for over 16 years.
I very much enjoy being part of an experienced and consistent staff team at the nursery. Every day is different working with children, there are lots of challenges but it is rewarding at the same time!
My twin boys also enjoyed the four years they spent at Busy Bees. They started in the baby room and left nursery with confidence to start their school life. Being a parent myself and having my childcare experience helps me in my job to build good relationships with parents and outside agencies.
Denise started Busy Bees in 1993:
I started as a Nursery Nurse and I have gradually progressed through the different roles, to now become Nursery Manager. I have gained valuable experience within each of the rooms and age groups throughout my years at nursery and I enjoy the busy nursery life and the challenges that it brings each day.
