My name is Amanda, Working at Finchley Nursery I developed upon my career and I was promoted to Room Leader, Deputy and then Manager. After a year of managing at Finchley, I decided to join the training department for Busy Bees where I became a qualified assessor. I have worked closely with Busy Bees staff in various nurseries up and down the country in order to help them gain a qualification in childcare as well as develop their skills and knowledge. It was also after my return from maternity leave that I decided to return to work in a nursery environment and I am also currently based at Mill Hill.

My name is Delissa and I have worked in childcare for over 15 years and have been at Busy Bees Mill Hill since 2007. I have worked in many childcare settings since qualifying in Childcare Levels 2 and 3. I started in childcare following on from work experience and since, through promotion, have taken on a more managerial role. I am currently acting manager after returning from my maternity leave when I had a beautiful baby girl.
