Pam started with Busy Bees at Ashton House in February 1995 as a Nursery Assistant, gaining her NVQ Level 2 and 3.
Pam's career with Busy Bees has been varied and interesting having worked as a Nursery Nurse, with all age groups from babies to pre-school, and as an Out of School Co-ordinator. Since being with Busy Bees she has taken on a range of extra roles and responsibilities including Health and Safety Co-ordinator, Training Mentor and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator - a role she found particularly interesting as it involved planning strategies to help individual children develop.
Pam was Deputy Manager at Ashton House before moving on to manage several nurseries as maternity cover and supporting new managers in their role.
She have been part time Nursery Manager at Ashton House for the past 3 months and now looks forward to taking on the full time role.
