Gemma Chesworth and Rachael Jackson job share the Managers role.
Gemma has worked at Busy Bees since 2000:
Hello my name is Gemma Chesworth and I am the Nursery manager here at Preston NHS. I started with the company in July 2000 and completed my NVQ 2 & 3 in Early Years & Childcare in 2003.I am currently completing the first stage of a degree course in Leadership Capability.
I have been at Preston for nearly 7 years and I work Monday, Tuesday ,Wednesday & Thursday. On a Friday Rachel Jackson the Deputy steps up to Manager.
I am strongly committed to my nursery and staff team, we strive to get the best results and aim to have the best nursery for the children in our care. The nursery has a great relationship with the parents, we hold our Parent Partnership Group every quarter which is a great way of sharing information and giving the parents great input as to what they would like to see going on at the nursery.
Our last OFSTED inspection was in December 2011 we are so overwhelmed and proud to have received an OUTSTANDING result!
As mentioned early Rachel Jackson is Manager on Friday’s, Rachel is qualified to Level 4 and has been with the company since 2006. Rachel is a strong member of the team and an excellent support on the management side.
Rachel has worked at Preston NHS since 2006:
