The rooms are bright and stimulating with a wide range of resources available both inside and out. It has a large outdoor area that provides Children with many opportunities for learning and physical play. Gemma Chesworth and Rachel Jackson share the responsibility and management of the nursery.

Gemma is currently on Maternity Leave and will be returning in October 2013. Rachel will step up to full time Manager during this time.

Meet Gemma: -

"Hello my name is Gemma Chesworth and I am the Nursery Manager here at Preston NHS. I started with the company in July 2000 and completed my NVQ 2 & 3 in Early Years & Childcare in 2003. I am currently completing the first stage of a degree course in Leadership Capability.

I have been at Preston for nearly 7 years and manage the nursery on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday."

Meet Rachel: -

"Hi, I am Rachel and I have been with Busy Bees since 2006.  I work alongside Gemma, and manage the nursery on a Thursday and Friday.

I am qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Childcare."

We are both strongly committed to the nursery and the staff team.  We strive to get the best results and aim to provide the best nursery for the children in our care!

The nursery has great relationships with the parents and we currently have a Parent Partnership Group that meets on a quarterly basis.  This is a great way of sharing information and giving parents a voice in nursery.

We are also very proud and overwhelmed to have received an OUTSTANDING Ofsted Result in our inspection in December 2011.  This is a credit to our team and the hard work and commitment they show to the nursery and every child who attends.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
