Sharon returned with her daughter from Maternity Leave in October 2008 and has worked four days a week since then (Monday - Thursday).
In her absence the nursery is managed by Sarah McShane, who is qualified to B-Tec National Diploma level. Sarah has worked for Busy Bees since 1999, spending her entire employment here at Tibbi Tots.
"Francesca was happy, secure and cared for whilst in this room. Her continued development whilst attending Nursery is a credit to those who work with her. Thank you for everything."
"Our daughter really enjoys every minute at Nursery. Both Steph and Marg understand and meet her needs extremely well. She is clearly secure in their company and this gives us such comfort - to know she is being cared for by people who clearly love her very much. Also, they are never too busy to take a call from me which I find very comforting as I don't get many opportunities to drop off or pick up."
"We have been at Tibbi Tots with our three children for over a decade! The care and facilities have been wonderful - four members of the senior staff have looked after all three children from baby Room to Pre-school is the reason why the Nursery does so well. Continuity, experience and excellence in provision of early years childcare! When I was looking for a Nursery to send Matthew to 10+ years ago Tibbi’s was the last one I viewed and as I entered, my thoughts were “If this is not significantly better than all the others I had viewed, I will not be able to go back to work”. I have managed to maintain my career and travel to Manchester knowing that all my children have been in the best childcare environment in Southport. When they come home it was always with a happy face and a tale to tell of the fun they had had. I can’t thank all the staff enough, but my very special thanks and eternal gratefulness goes to Vicki, Katy, Sarah, “Aunty” Lyn and Sharon who have cherished each one of my children and been such a part of our lives for the last ten and a half years.
The end of an era indeed……" - Trish Taylor
