I started my childcare career in 1993 after completing my NNEB qualification. I have worked at the nursery since 1997 and became the nursery manager in 2002. I have a dedicated staff team who have worked with me for a long time. We are one big family here. I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop and move through the nursery. We have many families here where the siblings have come through the nursery as well so we all get to know the parents very well and its great that they come back to us for the second and third child.
Charlotte is the deputy manager Monday – Thursday and the Manager on a Friday.
I started my childcare career in 2003 and completed my NVQ Level 3 in 2004. I became the deputy manager here in 2008. I really enjoy the nursery environment, the children are happy and it is really great to see the progress that they make both socially and developmentally.
