Hi I am Kirsty, Manager here at Busy Bees Weymouth. I have been working in childcare for the last 9 years starting out as a live in au pair. I have worked here at the nursery for 4 years, starting back in 2008 as pre-school room leader and started managing the nursery in 2010. I love working with children, providing them with a stimulating, safe learning environment and watching them develop and grow. We have a fantastic staff team here at Busy Bees Weymouth, who all share my passion in ensuring we offer outstanding childcare.

I have recently had my first child, Lola Blossom, who attends the nursery with me and absolutely loves it!! Before I had Lola I completed by foundation degree in Early Years (level 5) and I am now looking into completing my final year in order to gain a full Degree which will then allow me to work towards the Early Years Professional Status.
