Hi, my name is Mandy Caslake and I am the Senior Nursery Manager of Busy Bees in Bishops Stortford. My role as a Senior Nursery Manager means that I also support and cover other Busy Bee nurseries too. I am currently covering our Chatham Nursery on a Thursday and Friday whilst the Manager is on maternity leave. I am also a member of the Busy Bees Managers Consultancy Group. I joined Busy bees in February 2009 and have had many years of experience working with children, including raising four children of my own.

I hold many qualifications, including paediatric first aid and first aid at work, safeguarding children, Early Years Foundation Degree levels 4 & 5. I am currently studying at Hertfordshire University for my BA Honours Degree in Childhood Education Studies, level 6.

I am very passionate for the Nursery and the work I do, I am also very proud of my staff team whom also have lots of qualifications and expertise in looking after children. The staff are always finding new and exciting activities to do with the children everyday! I love working with the children and although based in the office I still find time to share my day with them!
