My name is Clare Sandford and I have worked for the company since October 2001. I gained my NNEB qualification in 1990 and have worked in childcare since then.  I started working initially as Manager at our Reigate branch and moved to the Crawley branch in 2004, During this time I have worked in several different roles including Manager, Support Manager and an Operations Manager, finally returning to the role of Manager at Crawley after I had my own children.

I am extremely passionate about my nursery and the children who attend, I am committed to providing quality childcare to the parents and children who use the setting.  I am immensely proud of my amazing team here at Crawley who work incredibly hard to provide a wonderful safe and stimulating environment for the children.
