Both Managers have returned back to their original positions following their maternity leave full of the enthusiasm and dedication to the nursery. They are both dedicated to providing an 'Outstanding' level of commitment to provide the absolute highest standard of care and education to the children who attend the nursery.
Both Managers have completed a wide and varied range of childcare courses, and their qualifications include: Advanced First Aid, Food Hygiene Level 3, Safeguarding Children, Behaviour Management and many Business and Team Management courses.
"As a new mum I found the whole prospect of returning to work and finding someone that I trusted to look after my son very daunting. Someone recommended Busybees to us and we went to visit Mardley Hill when Harry was about 6 weeks old. We were very impressed with what we saw and enrolled him to start 6 weeks later. The first day I dropped him off was heart-wrenching but from the start the staff were brilliant. I feel 100% confident leaving Harry in their care and know that he will do activities that I would never think to do with him at home. Everytime I pick him up I am amazed at what he has done in the day and how happy he is at the nursery. Now on maternity leave with my 2nd child it is with sadness that we have had to take Harry out of nursery. Both myself and my husband feel that him going to nursery has been crucial to his development and he has made some lovely friends who we will stay in contact with. My hats go off to the all the staff there who are always friendly and genuinely seem to love and care for Harry. Leaving your child to go to work is one of the hardest things I have ever done but leaving him with the lovely people at Mardley Hill made it a lot easier. Thank you so much Laura Susie and all your staff for everything you have done for us. "

"Both of my girls attend this outstanding nursery and I honestly would not have it any other way. The staff are extremely friendly mannered and just wonderful with the children.
I can't believe such a wonderful establishment exists. I came to Mardley Hill Busy Bees around 2 years ago and I remember speaking to Laura on the phone; she was so polite and very helpful. Management at this Nursery is exceptional all round. I honestly can't fault or would find it hard to say anything negative about them they are the best.
All matters are handled professionally and efficiently. My second daughter is based in the Ladybug Room and all of the ladies are just wonderful very lovely chatty and I find them great to talk to.
All of the staff are very sweet with the children. My eldest daughter loves taking books home to read and this pleases me. She is also taught manners at the Nursery and she always says 'excuse me and thank you' and all my friends and family comment on how well mannered she is.
I owe it all to the wonderful ladies in the Pre-School. Thank you all for such an outstanding place and if a grade 10 times higher than outstanding exists this Nursery surely deserves it. "
