Cooked chicken breast
Spring onion, finely chopped
Sunflower or vegetable oil
1. Cut the chicken into very small pieces, place in a large bowl with the tikka powder, garlic, and lemon juice, Mix until fully coated, cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
1. Remove the chicken from the fridge, add the spring onion, eggs, sour cream, black pepper, and fl our to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
2. Heat a frying pan on a medium heat. Once heated, place drops of the fritter mix in the pan. Cook turning halfway for 2-3 minutes each side. Place on a grease proof lined plate while you repeat the process until all fritters are cooked.
Ideal eaten cold for picnics
